Christina is an associate in the corporate law practice group. She advises and assists both national and international companies on and with respect to M&A transactions, commercial contracts, corporate restructurings and commercial litigation.

Specifics

Christina has a Master's degree in Corporate Law at Leiden University and a Master's degree in Corporate Restructuring at the Ruprecht-Karls Universität (Heidelberg). She has been working at HEUSSEN since December 2021. Christina is a member of the German-Dutch Chamber of Commerce (DNHK). She is fluent in Dutch, English and German.
