Oscar is a civil-law notary and partner in the corporate law practice. He has extensive experience in various aspects of corporate law, and specializes in both domestic and cross-border restructurings, mergers & acquisitions, investment rounds, employee participations, legal mergers and demergers.

• Assisting and advising a Dutch company in relation to all notarial aspects of its listing at a foreign multilateral trading facility;
• Assisting and advising several Dutch companies in their seed funding and additional investment rounds;
• Advising several internationally and nationally operating companies with the set-up of their employee participation plan;
• Assisting and advising several companies in the film and media industry in relation to their corporate (notarial) work.
