Rens is an associate in the corporate law practice and advises and assists both national and international companies on M&A transactions, corporate restructuring and commercial litigation.

Specifics

Rens completed his Master in Corporate Law at the University of Utrecht and after completing his internship he joined HEUSSEN in 2019. He is fluent in Dutch and English.
